We are a Woking based PC repair
company, specialising in providing a fast and cost
affective "I.T. department" for the home and office
based customer. You can have peace of mind, knowing that
when your PC throws a wobbly, you have a person just a
call away. We can provide technical support in one of 4
ways.
- Verbally
- If we can easily talk you through the fix/problem
over the phone we will. This service is normally
free for regular customers.
- Remotely
- We have the ability to view your pc screen from
our technical support desk and can take control of
your mouse and keyboard, we can then show you how to
do something or fix a fault, even remove virus. It's
fast, secure and firewall friendly.
- Visiting
- If we can't use either of the above two options
then we could come to your home/office and repair
the pc at a time that suits you. We are on call from
9am until 9pm Monday to Saturday. We have been known
to do Sunday and Bank Holiday visits as well if it
suits the customer better. Oh and we don't bump our
prices up....ever. You pay the same be it noon or
night.
- In-House.
We can collect and return your pc, or you can drop
it too us. Either way we have every possible
tool/part we may need to repair you computer.
